Monkey Bar’s new menu keeps it fun and flamboyant—they have something for everyone. Their small plates menu has items like the Mac & Cheese Croquettes—broccoli and peas, golden fried with chilli mayo and salsa. Bangaloreans are no strangers to the Chicken 65… they are served with idlis, FYI! Cheesy Mushroom—bell peppers, feta and ricotta stuffed mushrooms, with spicy mayo and homemade chips and much more.

The latest addition to the menu is a selection of thin crust pizzas, flavourful and packed with delicious toppings like mushroom and truffle oil; spinach, feta, herbs and grilled zucchini, to name a few. Try variations like the Farmer’s Pizza—a dish crafted with jalapeño, olives, capsicum, sweet corn, onion, tomato and mozzarella, or the Smoked Harissa Chicken and Chicken Salami Pizza—slow-smoked chicken tossed in chilli harissa, chicken salami, oregano, pickled onions and lemon zest. Ranging from soups and salads, burgers and buns, small plates, flatbreads, and desserts, this menu is a foodie’s dreams come true!  The menu seamlessly blends together French, Asian, Italian, American, and Latin American culinary influences, and the result will tantalise your taste buds. Pick from favourites like the Hearty Tomato Soup—vegetables and white bean; mixed with big cheese crouton and olive oil. Saladheads can look for the Smoked Chicken Salad—celery, jalapeños, pickled apricots, asparagus and mustard mayo mix together to give you something you might not have tried before. Looking for something hearty? Then the 7 Hour Roasted Pork Shoulder with pearl millet salsa, caramelised carrots and radish, apple butter and charred tomato relish will do the job. The menu is titled Root-To-Fruit because the bartenders here are crafting refreshing cocktails using different parts of plants. ‘From garden to glass’, as they call it! Try delicious never-before-made cocktails like the Mi-so-Happy—miso mustard jam and ginger with a dash of vodka. Or the K-Pop, popcorn infused whiskey and a dash of wasabi syrup served on the rock with earl grey bitters. An adventurous drinker? Farzi Café

Their menu will show you what modernist culinary techniques and scientific methodologies in a plate looks like. Choose from dishes like the Dhokla And Farsaan Salad, Tadka Chilli, Crisp Nuts, Dal Moth ‘Matka Chat’, Fresh Pomegranate, Kothimbir Vadi Papaya Salad, Tadka Mayo, Gunpowder dust, Mushroom Khurchan Kulcha, Tempered Pindi Channa, Butter Hot Dog and much more. Crafted by Chef Sabyasachi Gorai, the new menu has small plates for the queen and large plates for the king, or could be the other way around too! Mamagoto

Dubbed the Hawker’s menu, it has everything from Thai Puchka Bites—Betel leaf with peanuts, onion and lime accompanied with a sweet ginger sauce and red chilli stuffed in a puchka shell! Surfer’s Lunch—shrimp or soft shell crab tempura seasoned with coconut cream, peanuts, chilli and tamarind; a meal on its own.

How can street food of Thailand be complete without the Mekong Boat Chicken Curry—peanut scented curry with chicken served with rice noodle nests. There are Korean delicacies like comforting Bibimbap and a sublime Lamb Bulgogi too.

Windsor Pub

Who does not love a well-plated thali, right? On that note, Windsor Pub has something similar on their new menu this season. The sumptuous thalis include dishes like Kerala Meen Curry, Kozhi Mappas and much more. What makes the thali lunch even more special is that it is pocket-friendy.  You can pair the thali with special coastal cocktails, beer and non-alcoholic beverage if you like.

The Irish House

Ah! There is nothing like savouring The Grande Nachos, Hummus Platter, Beer Fondue, Mac ‘n’ Cheese Fries, Chicken Popcorn, The Great Irish Fish ‘n’ Chips, Cheeky Grilled Chicken, Shroom Melt, and much more on a sunny day, with a beer to wash it down.

Looking for yum appetisers? They have the Smoked Duck Pita Pockets, Crispy Sriracha Rigatoni, Beetroot & Goat Cheese Sliders, Hickory BBQ Wings, and Baked Anglo-irish Fish Fillets.

Further, the brand new section on the menu called ‘off the grills’ is something you should not miss. The summer mango menu at Singkong is to die for. Mango lovers you got the cue, right? Look out for salads and appetisers like the Lemon Leaf Rubbed King Prawns on a bed of cucumber and raw mango salad and sprinkled with crushed spiced peanuts and Tofu Pillars Topped Spiced Alphonso Mango with chilli basil sauce. Wait, there is more.

On the other hand, the mains have the Thai Grilled Red Snapper in creamy lemon grass sauce with raw papaya and mango salad and the popular Massaman Curry—a fragrant curry served with steamed rice and raw papaya and mango salad. For the desserts they have the Asian Mango Crème Brûlée served with date biscotti and strawberry chips and Mango Strawberry and Chocolate Parfait finished with coconut cream and raw mango chips.

Sanchez Restaurante and Cantina

Previously known as Sanchos, this Tex-Mex restaurant has not only just gone through a major facelift, but it’s changed its name, and rethought its menu too. Homemade Mexican Chorizo Tamale, the Sanchez Burrito Bowls, Ajillo Smokey Chipotle Chicken, Zucchini, Corn Jalapeño Baked Potato skins and oozing Churros and Tres Leches are some the items in the menu that you should pick from. Try their drinks and desserts, it’s fantastic.

Siam Trading Co.

If you have not been to this newly launched restaurant then you are really missing something—they have one of the best Thai menu money can buy! The spreads start from soups to the main course and each dish has a charm of its own. Curated by Chef Thashvin Muckatira, the extensive menu includes Green and Red Curries, Satay and Pad Thai. Think of dishes like The Yellow Curry, which is the spiciest of the Thai curries. The main course includes Curried Noodle Bowls, Pan Fried Noodles, Fried Rice and the well-known River Noodles.

This carnival-themed restaurant focuses on kids this season and has everything from salads like cheese cucumber boat salads, Indian chicken pitas, pizzas and more.
